Delivery:
When will my order be posted out?
Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will arrive as specified below. Orders will be posted out every Monday and Thursday by 12pm. Should the stipulated day be a public holiday, the order will be delivered the next working day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days. Example: Orders placed on a Tuesday will be posted out on Thursday by 12pm. Orders placed on a Saturday, will be posted out on Monday by 12pm. What does it cost to ship my order?
We are happy to provide complimentary delivery for all orders.
Do you ship outside the Asia Pacific/ international?
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside Singapore.
By which method will my order be delivered?
We deliver via normal Singpost or registered post at an additional charge of $2.99 for all orders. We are not able to control delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstance.
Can I ship to another address other than my own?
Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. When you register with BabyShoppingBag.com you will have the option to create your own address list. This feature allows you to store the names and addresses of people to whom you frequently send gifts. It's easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time. (Please note: The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. BabyShoppingBag will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific question about a delivery.) Currently, we do not ship outside the Asia Pacific/international Region.
Exchange & Refunds:
What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?
Once an order is placed at BabyShoppingBag.com, changes will not be accepted as the order is processed immediately

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Babyshoppingbag.com is not responsible for items damaged during transit but will accept manufacturing defects. All requests for refunds due to manufacturing defects must be requested 7 days of order receipt and its at the discretion of Babyshoppingbag.com. All decisions made are final.
What should I do if I didn’t receive my purchase?

Why is there a colour mismatch in the actual product and the website product?
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on our website.
Slight color variation between the color of your item and the color shown on screen does not mean that the item is defective.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Please allow 15 - 30 business days for us to receive and process your refund. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of refund processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.
