When will my order be posted out?

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will arrive as specified below. Orders will be posted out every Monday and Thursday by 12pm. Should the stipulated day be a public holiday, the order will be delivered the next working day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days. Example: Orders placed on a Tuesday will be posted out on Thursday by 12pm. Orders placed on a Saturday, will be posted out on Monday by 12pm. What does it cost to ship my order?

Free standard delivery will be provided for all orders above $60.An additional charge of $2.99 is applicable for postage by Registered Mail for any order. Example: Order placed requesting for registered mail therefore total postage is $2.99.

 

Do you ship outside the Asia Pacific/ international?

Currently, we do not offer shipping outside Singapore.

 

By which method will my order be delivered?

We deliver via normal Singpost or registered post at an additional charge of $2.99 for all orders. We are not able to control delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstance.

 

Can i track my orders?

Tracking is only for registered mail. You may track your orders at http://www.singpost.com/personal.html

 

Can I ship to another address other than my own?

Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. When you register with BabyShoppingBag.com you will have the option to create your own address list. This feature allows you to store the names and addresses of people to whom you frequently send gifts. It's easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time. (Please note: The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. BabyShoppingBag.com will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific question about a delivery. Currently, we do not ship outside the Asia Pacific/international Region.
